affordable but unsanitary 1/8/2010

The price is great for a night out for my family of 6. However, the place is not that busy. Therefore it seems they would have plenty of time to keep the bathrooms cleaned and maintained. I have been there at opening and still found the bathrooms to be ,well, gross. If you want to enjoy a good older movie at a very reasonable price, this is the place. Just stop by a gas station or mechanics shop on your way in, you'll find cleaner restrooms there. more

Not what it used to be 5/30/2009

The price to see an old movie is great, however the sound is not so good. The theater is not as well maintained as it used to be. Lights are burned out, air conditioning may or may not work. The staff is only identified by the fact that they stand behind the counter since jean shorts and any t-shirt appear to be the uniform. Still a good value. more

OLD BUT GOOD! 8/2/2005

Strange as it seems to me...we have a newer and even bigger theatre complex in town, so plaza 8 is now the discount movie theatre. It is still very nice, even though it hasn't been updated for some time. Also, a lot of movies play there, so if you missed it when it was out the first time around, it is very likely it will come here. I think it is awesome! more
