I ordered a pizza with no sausage. When it arrived, it had beef sausage and no pork sausage. Also, we live 4 minutes from Pizza Hut but the pizza was cold. The manager or employee that I talked to was argumentative so I chatted with Grub Hub. After Grub Hub intervened, I was told that they would deliver another pizza. Pizza Hut employees definitely have an arrogant and childish attitude about their business. He was sarcastic and defensive. Too bad! more

Deliver is not good 8/30/2008

We ordered a pizza from this pizza hut and was told that it should be delivered on 30-45 minutes. Even after 1 hour though the pizza was not delivered. Upon calling, the manager told us that the delivery guy has returned back since he could not find the place and will not deliver again. When we decided to cancel the order, the manager was rude and it took us a while to cancel the order. Who wants to eat a cold pizza. Pros: good food Cons: bad sevice, bad attitude more
