I've been a patient at this practice for many years. In all of that time, I truly have to say Dr Conners is the best Dentist I've ever had. He will take his time and get the procedure right the first time. Crowns stay in place and you don't have to worry about having problems down the road. \r \r @toothhurts: not sure what happened there, but Dr Conners doesn't do root canals, from my experience. He would have referred you to a specialist for that procedure and would not have done it himself. more

Our entire family of ten (soon-to-be 12 with twins arriving in April 2011) has switched to Pittsford Family Dental and we are overwhelmed with the practice's expertise and caring attitudes. Each and every dentist and dental assistant is an expert and our results have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Conners has treated me for a number of complicated procedures including a number of crowns. They always fit perfectly. He always takes his time - never seems rushed or in a hurry. And he always follows-up to make sure I'm OK and satisfied. I also had to call him for my wife on a Sunday weekend Holiday while he was out-of-town. Again, no problem, he called me back within minutes even though he was in Cleveland running a marathon. The entire staff is dedicated, professional and courteous. The offices are immaculate - something that is a ""must-have"" during dental procedures. I've also found that their billing is perfect too. They always go that extra mile to make sure insurance benefits are approved. And they're not shy about pushing the insurance for the treatments we need. We highly recommend Pittsford Family Dental and thank them for their treatments. more

Our family has been patients of Pittsford Family Dentistry for the past five years. We were unhappy with our previous dentist and Dr. Connors was highly recommended by friends. Our son required extensive work due to lazy toothbrushing while away at college and miserably failed his checkup when home on break. Dr. Connors and his staff did a great job getting him back on track ....quickly. Dr. Connors worked additional hours to get the work done before he went back to school and went above and beyond any experience I have had in other dental practices. \r \r I highly recommend Dr Connors and his staff for any type of dental work. I personally had two crowns done and one root canal that was quick, painless, with no problems. \r \r I read the other dental review and all I have to say it this... If you don't have enough guts to put your name on a bad comment...who knows if it is true or just malicious. With the quality of work I have experienced personally and with my family at Pittsford family ... I am having a hard time believing the situation ever happened. Many friends are patients... and none have anything bad to report. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I had a cavity and went to get it fixed by Dr. Conners. You will NOT believe what happened. He fixed the wrong tooth! He did a root canal on a tooth that didn't even hurt. Maybe there was something wrong with the tooth he fixed, but I really had a problem with the tooth next to it. I will never go back there again, and neither should you. more
