Pita Pete's is located on the NIU campus area, & therefore a lot of students go there. There are many Pitas & Gyros you can choose from. Then the toppings are added in a Subway style assembly line where you tell the person preparing it what vegetables, sauces, & condiments you want added. The cucumber sauce is really good. There is seating for dining in, but its just a room with tables & NIU news clips all over the walls. You can also take out. The food is good, but I am sure, not very healthy. Although, they do have vegetarian style options available.
