Great Experience 7/6/2011

We just leased our 3rd Acura from Piazza Acura West Chester. Our sales rep was Brett Green & I want to praise him for being patient with us while we were deciding on our 2012 Acura TL lease. We took multiple test drives in multiple vehicles. Brett is knowledgeable, repectful, not pushy, patient (can't say it enough), & very thorough. I have to truly say that he made our auto shopping experience a pleasure (which I never thought I would say ""pleasure"" when shopping for a car). We love our new Acura and Brett was key in our decision. Thanks Piazza & Brett for all your help. more

Worst customer service imaginable 5/29/2011

My wife and I had purchased 4 acuras from this dealership over the last 12 years. No big problems, as expected, since Acuras are reliable vehicles. This all abruptly changed when we purchased our 2010 Acura MDX. A week after the purchase, I get a call from the salesman that they could not locate a copy of my driver's license and I would have have to drive back to the dealership to submit it - no faxes allowed. Well, after fighting rush hour traffic to comply so I could get my tags and registration, I was greeted by extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff, including management. It was apparently my fault there was no copy of my license on file despite clearly having given a copy in order to purchase or even test drive the vehicle initially. Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience, the staff then proceeded to inform me that I needed to be ""nice"" if I expected anyone to help me. The fact that I had purchased a $ 50,000 vehicle plus 4 other Acuras never crossed their mind. I filed a complaint with Acura customer relations who were equally ineffective in resolving this matter. 2 weeks after my temporary tags expired, I finally got my permanent one. I thought my dealings with the dealership were complete - but - no - at 3000 miles on my MDX I had multiple battery warning lights come on - hard starts - warnings to turn off all unecessary electronics and the heat in the middle of December. Multiple trips to the dealer to attempt to fix the issue proved fruitless. The service people were rude at best and insulting at their worst. Everything was always someone else's job or responsibility. Not willing to help or offer a loaner vehicle. I was told that no warnings ever existed despite having photographed them with my I phone - apparently I had fabricated these warnings and the hard starts???? Let me now just say I no longer have this vehicle and am now a proud owner of a Toyota Highlander. more

Knowledgeable about the product 5/23/2011

I have leased an Acura from Piazza prior to this one and was very satisfied therefore, returning for another. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product. He told me if I had any other questions to call and I did also receive a call from Linda Black to let me know if Mark wasn't there, I could always speak with her. I think that is a wonderful process! more

Excellent Sales Rep 4/4/2011

Alicia was an excellent sales rep for Acura. Her knowledge of the product from the time I test drove the vehicle to taking delivery was terrific. She has a very nice way about her, personable yet professional. She was knowledgeable and anything she felt needed confirmation about, she wasn't shy to double check just to be sure we were satisfied and given the correct information. The dealership has been very accomodating as far as working with us negotiating, delivery time of auto, working with my schedule for the after delivery installation of running boards and the loaner of a car plus a coupon for a car wash. So far, I have been pleased and love my MDX! Of course, I already heard from people at work, that I will not be disappointed with the personnel at the dealership, which is partially why I sought out Piazza Acura of West Chester. more

Piazza is Great 3/10/2011

Dear James McGill,\r \r On Saturday February 26, my wife and I entered Piazza Acura to test drive an Acura RDX. We were greeted by a salesman named Brett Green. We talked briefly about the RDX and then took a test drive. My wife and I completely fell in love with the car. Before the test drive, we thought we were interested. After the test drive, we were convinced that we did not want to consider any other make of crossover. What happened after this is the best part. During our married life, we had been in many different auto dealerships, but the way we were treated at Piazza was the best experience we have ever had. We are still talking about our best car buying experience. Brett Green is the ultimate professional salesman. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, genuinely concerned, and very patient. We never felt pressured in any way. We especially appreciated the negotiating phase of the transaction. He gave us an initial price, we told him what we wanted. He came back with a counter offer and we have waited 15 to 20 minutes between these rounds. At Piazza it was 5 minutes at the most. He did not have to bring his sales manager or someone else to try to convince us that they were doing us a big favor. The business manager, Michael Spillman, was a pleasure to deal with. He got our names correct on all the forms. Everything was explained clearly and to our satisfaction. When we initally approached Piazza, we were apprehensive about what we were about to go through. Piazza has convinced us that there are still some really good businesses that we can enjoy dealing with. You can be certain that we will tell our friends and relatives about your excellent dealership. By the way, we love the RDX more every day!! \r \r \r more

A Very Pleasant Experience 1/30/2011

Just purchased a 2011 MDX from Piazza Acura of West Chester. It was such a pleasant experience. Up front pricing, very knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, vast inventory - I highly recommend them! more
