Pediatrics West

I recieved a bill for a vaccination my son recieved back in May. Called to discuss & was told to contact my insurance company. I did. Was given the correct billing information for pediatrics west and provided it to them. I was then told I was all set. They would re-bill the ins Co correctly. Apparently that did not happen. I recieved a letter a few days ago that my son would be released from the practice for non payment. Seriously $61.23 and my son will be released from your practice. My son has been a patient for almost 14 years. They have never not recieved payment. They should be embarrassed that their incompetent billing dept is offending long time patients. I have refereed several people to that practice. I will now be referring them elsewhere. Picking up my son's records and finding a more professional practice. more

The drs. here are great. They are efficent. The office itself is located within the Emerson Hospital satellite branch. They are open during the week and on weekend (limited hours on weekends). They have a big practice full of nurses and drs. The lab work and x-rays are done across the hall at the Emerson Hospital departments. more
