Pavilions Dental Group

The Pleasant Grove Blvd location is my "base" clinic; however, I have had oral surgreys at three other locations. My family has been patients of the Pavilions Group for over three years. We have gone in for our 6 month check ups as scheduled. Regular appointments have always been convient and on two occassions where we had a dental priority; they scheduled us right away. In all four clinics the Doctors and the support staff have always been extremely friendly and very helpful. The technology at Pavilions is outstanding. The Pleasant Grove location is "Tops" in professionalism, skill, and knowledge. fsbuc ~ Sometimes when things don't start out right they just go downhill afterward. It is, however, difficult to believe the situation was as you described. With the cost of things today ~ the pizza coupon is pretty valuable. Afterall, they didn't have to offer you anything! I'm sure by now you are aware that there are clinics that specialize in dental care specifically for children. more

My experience with the entire staff of the Pavilions Dental Group has always been great. The Hygeniest, Pritti Patel, has always been more than helpful with advice and treatment. All the personnel are friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit. more

My family had been patients of this office for more than a couple of years now!!! However, my 5 year old son was put through a trauma by one of the doctors (Dr. Ray), to be more specific, which is indescribable!!! Knowing a 5 yr old child, knowing the condition he was called in for (cavity)......he numbed my son, and then refused to work on him, due to the excuse of my son "being uncooperative"!! My son did not cry or even glitch trough the injection process!!! He had been at the dentist many times before for visits, and knew what to expect!!! He was never afraid of the doctors, cleanings in his mouth...etc!!! Pros: friendly staff !!!, but BAD doctors !!!! Cons: bad doctors, which don't know what they're doing more
