Our Whirlpool front load washer was full of water, we called another company listed and was given a quote which was quiet high. We were told that the water pump had to be replaced. After doing some more research we found Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair, there exceptional customer service was evident from the very beginning. David took his time on the phone, the company that was at our home did not even open up the machine as we came to find that this is essential for diagnosis. We made an appointment, arriving time, we come to find that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the pump, rather there was a sock stuck in it. Our washer stopped working on July 4th. I had called Sears to get service and the earliest appt we could get was July 18th. I decided to go in search of something a bit more local and someone that could fit us in sooner. I found Paul's on Yelp and based on the reviews, gave them a call on Tuesday. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful. While I did have the error code from the machine, he made a couple suggestions we could try before ordering the parts. Our LG Washer was full of water and as result will not finish the cycle. We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair and are very please with the outcome. David arrived on-time and was able to diagnosis the problem in short-order. There was a sock stuck in the pump and that was it. We have a good working LG washer and could not be more please. I do considerable research on all home projects, which lead me to call Paul's Service. There are several do-it-yourself website which indicated that our "lid-switch," had failed. I was impressed by Paul's in taking their time in talking with us on the phone. It became apparent that Paul new what he was talking about, being open to home diagnosis I was given an quote and I made an appointment. The switch was bad, Paul showed me what went wrong and he was comfortable in me watching him work. In short-order our machine was working as good as new.
