Pattons Towing North Olmsted ROCKS! 2/13/2012

OMG. The entire team at Pattons Towing was fantastic. Bad enough my daughters car got stuck in a ditch in the winter snow and it took a team to get it out. When I came to pick the car up, several of the employees worked together to get the damages fixed so I could drive the car out. Then they even drove to the gas station and got gas and filled the car! Wow...that is TOP NOTCH! Sure made a bad situation better for me. Thanks Patton!!! more

these guys are a total scam! These guys are being investigated by a local news station. Terrible service, over charging, towing illegally, not providing change for customers who are paying cash, not accepting any form of cc card, tax evasion, the list goes onnnnn.. I cannt wait until these guys are finally exposed! more

Helpful and informative 7/24/2010

Had a car towed there last night after an accident. Probably a total loss. The guys at Patton were there when they said they would, and put the car in a convenient spot in the back lot to get my personal belongings. I asked for advice on a couple of things, like what to do with the plates on the vehicle and they were very helpful. A hard-working bunch of guys. Thanks. Pros: Convenient location by Stearns & 480 Cons: Like any other impound lot - not a con more

Stay Away from Here 11/19/2009

Has a sweetheart deal with Westlake Police Department. Police over rode call to AAA and called Patton instead. A tow off the street from an accident ended up in Patton""s private lot and treated as an impound with daily storage fees. Insurance company is not happy, AAA is not happy and I am not happy. This is a scam more

Arrived quickly. Very polite. Took excellent care of my vehicle. Educated in their field and have the right equipment for any situation. I've had my car towed many times by many different companies and Patton's Towing was, by far, the best. more

Awesome service 12/28/2006

I called and they were there within 10 minutes. The driver was very polite and took good care of my car. I think it was the best experience you can have while having a car towed. He even shared his hot chocolate. I would highly recommend Patton's to anyone in need of a tow. Pros: Fair price and good customer service more

Great Customer Service 8/8/2006

I was treated very well by the company. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own, their repsonse time was faster than I expected and their rates were at a good price. I would reccommend them to anyone. Pros: Has proper equipment to do job and very educated employees. more
