I am currently Patricia Hair Salon customer and have been for the past 3 years. She is so talented in her career and she has the biggest heart on top of it. I have been a happy customer and have been referring all of my friends and family to her for years. I always go in for extensions and color. She does a style of extensions that I have never heard of and it is very healthy for my hair. I recommend going to her for that. She is located in a nice neighborhood in NYC. I drive from very far away because I trust her more than anyone else. But the location is very convenient and even if it isn't for you, it will be worth the drive. The salon has a nice ambiance and you will feel right at home when you are there. It is real treat to go to Patricia Hair Salon. Infectious personality and wonderful salon. When your child is suffering you'll do almost anything to make it better. Sometimes you're fooled because you're so hopeful that it blinds you.....and sometimes you're very lucky. The latter was the case for me. I brought my daughter there with no prior knowledge of their business other than their website and reviews. I wasn't sure what to expect and dreaded a big letdown. After all, my daughter has been suffering with alopecia (hair loss) on and off for the last two years and she is 17 years old. For a beautiful, bright, funny, outgoing (not so much now) teenager what could be worse? Well, my expectations were exceeded. The assistant manager, Paola, was not only knowledgable about her condition, she was sensitive and caring. Not only did my daughter walk out of there with a stunning hair piece, but with a huge smile on her face that I haven't seen in a while. Let's start with my hair - curly, thick, boring brown. I had highlights until my hair was nearly all blonde (and fried). My stylist moved a year ago and I had one bad experience after another looking for someone new so I decided if anyone is going to mess up my hair, it might as well be me. So I tried to do it myself. Needless to say, by the time I met Patricia, my hair was bad, bad, bad. Patricia listened to me and used her magic skills to make my hair beautiful. I've been getting so many compliments. Patricia became my hairdresser in 2007, I was 65 years old and always had to wear my hair short as I was told it wouldn't grow long, I was then sent to Patricia Hair Salon through a friend, She did me in a blonde color, cut and style and I had so many, many compliments on my hair. Now since she has been working her magic on me for two years, I have long beautiful blonde hair like Susanne Somers, long gorgeous, and silky, I think I have become a cougar because of Patricia Hair Salon, as now I am being taken for 45 years young and I am finding guys can't keep their hands out of my hair, it's such beautiful hair, Patricia did this to me and for me. I couldn't have picked a better team of hair stylists for our wedding. Patricia and her crew perfected each of our vintage hair styles. She created the perfected curls for my 40s look. On the first trial session, she took the time to figure out which curling method would be best for my hair. On the second trial, she used those curls and created the sample do. There were no issues on the actual wedding day. My hair looked perfect. The other bridesmaids and both mothers looked fantastic as well. Her styles are classy and age-appropriate. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional. Patricia Hair Salon was a totally happening place. All the hairstylists were really diverse. I find it interesting how there are 5 stars and all these names with the same exact date with such glowing reviews. I can't say that my experience was exceptional like these. I was conteplating on whether I would return but after reading how you treated Calista. A definite NOT!!! Any salon or business that blames a customer who has her hair falling out that you put in is not good at what they do. How embarassing for poor Calista to have to walk around with a bag of hair and end up with bald spots. TERRIBLE! Vincent was a great hair stylist but not sure where he is? He left abruptly! more

Patricia is not only a great stylist who gives you what YOU want but she is a total sweetheart. She will do everything she can to make sure you are happy and feel beautiful. Her prices are SO reasonable and her work is flawless. Patricia has humility and she truly cares about every one of her clients. The extension method does not involve cornrows or tracks and is not the damaging and uncomfortable single strand method. Contact her with confidence. I just love this salon. I walked into this salon about 1 years ago after the upfront salon that I was going to closed down and the other salon across the street down played on my hair. Leda is the stylist I was referred to. She does the best hair in the salon. She can do anything you ask her to do and she doesnt make you wait for long hours due to overbooking. She is artist with scissor. I have referred so many people to Leda and they love her as much as I do. Leda is a best with the razor cut and she also colors very well. I love her and will never let anyone else touch my hair. more

So let me begin by saying that the entire staff there is wonderful, always friendly, attentive, and comfortable to be around. But I am writing this review for Jessica (colorist) and Nico (stylist). I love them. The actual salon is beautiful. Really awesome decor. What other salon do you get that?! From the moment I walk in, it's pampered time. Whatever you need - tea, coffee, cookies, water, great reads, friendly company... I get my hair colored and sometimes highlighted. That's kind of a lot to do to someone with fine hair, but every time I do a photo shoot, the hair people always comment on what great shape my hair is in. THANK YOU JESSICA and NICO, she has given me ""a hair color that people try everything to have but can never get"" (that was a quote from a hair stylist on a shoot). As for the cut, it's always perfect. I've had Nico cut my hair short (looked incredible), cut bangs (very hot), and let it grow longer (nice little trim - perfect amount). I know when I bring in a pic of a style I want that she is going to tell me straight up if it's going to look good and if not, she knows exactly how to tweak it so that I am happy and I look great. As far a price goes, I guess I'm one of those people who thinks that (with hair at least) you usually get what you pay for. Even so, compared to everywhere else I have been to many other salons, this is still the most reasonably priced place I have been. I will gladly pay for this kind of service and results. more

I moved to NY about 2 years ago and was looking for a good colorist. My dear friend referred me to Jessica at Patricia hair Extensions Salon. The salon is in a great location. I loved the outside waiting area, very relaxing. Inside, the salon is very clean and modern, they offer water & cookies. Patricia is so sweet and I enjoy coming in to get my color done, she takes her time and knows what she's doing. My color always looks natural and vibrant. I trust no one else with my color. The price is pretty reasonable compared to most other salons. I highly recommend Patricia hair Extensions Salon for color and just the overall experience at Patricia hair Extensions Salon. I used to be the client who never spoke to their stylist. I just wanted the stylist to pay attention to my hair and not talk to me. That all changed after I started going to Patricia hair Extensions Salon. I will follow that woman anywhere she goes. She performs miracles on hair. After my haircuts with her, everyone always asks me what I did to it, whether I had it blown out or whether I had to curl it that morning. And I say, ""Nope! Compared to other high end salons this is money well spent. If you are looking for a ""deal"" this is not the place for you however, if you are looking for PERFECTION than here it is. I have never experienced anything but excellent customer service and a salon staff that goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients are happy and well taken care of from the minute they walk in to the time they leave. Patricia hair Extensions Salon is a beautiful salon... I originally came here to follow Jessica, who never fails to please with her amazing edgy-yet-professional haircuts and super-sweet personality. I adore her... And now I'm even happier, as I've finally seen Leda for hair color. So happy. Patricia hair extensions salon was very pleasant. Patricia and her stylists Nico, Jessica and Leda gave me the best hair cut and color I have ever received. I have very long brown hair and she gave me a great, hip shag hair cut that everyone complemented me on. I also wanted to make my hair a darker shade of brown and she mixed the perfect color for my light skin tone. All the employees were very friendly. My favorite part was the shampoo and massage. I could go back every day just for that. I highly recommend Patricia hair extensions. I am a black women and all colors and cut do not go on well on my hair. I wann say i am damn fan of Patricia. That girl knows her stuff and all her girls also know there stuff. They give me a proper cut not uptown but which gonna look good on my face. Her shop is near to the transportation so it does not bother me to look out for private cab. I like to visit them and get new look every 2 months. My kids kinda tease me like ""modern mamma"" and i love it. more

Sometime wandering around can get you to many amazing places as i got to Patricia's Hair Extension salon at Queens. I was just wandering around & could not get my eyes off from Patricia's salon. Their presentation was attractive and bang to point. I was too pleased of that, So just walked in, the receptionist was polite and pleasant. Just for trial I asked for highlights, Nico suggested me blonde for my hairs, i too nodded. It was good experience with as my hairs it look so beautiful.. me too was very satisfied. It's hard to find good stylist who has the styling sense and customizes a cut color according to your hair type, face shape . My stylist Jessica did a great job and put lot of efforts to make sure that everything was PERFECT and it is. She also gave me tips on color and suggested different shades for my highlights.
