Party Stop has party decorations for any themed party. They also have balloons, greeting cards (which are always half price) and candy making supplies.
One thing I really like is that they have colored chocolate (used for candy making) which is sold by the pound. So, it isn't a problem if you only want a few chips of each color - you don't need to buy a big bag of each color.
