Buyers beware, i recently purchased a 2013 camaro and every once in a while, the brakes will sound like a bus. Parkway ( Joe Barrios ) has pulled out the rules from GM and states that squealing brakes is an accepatable characteristic of this type of vehicle. They have declined to fix the problem for a car two months old. This is the poorest service department I have ever worked with and will never purchase a car from this dealership again. \r \r I hope your brakes don't mistake you for a BUS!!!!!!\r Do not recommend!!!!!! more

Poor Customer Service 3/20/2012

I bought a car here. Day 1, the wiper sprinklers never worked until now. A month later the power steering stopped working. The worst is... No matter how you ask them to repair the problem or exchange the car with another one, they wont. They want you to trade it in and starrt over like buying a new one with tremendous increase in a monthly payment. I am extremely disappointed in this branch. For about 6 months I tried to allow them to fix the problem. They simply wont. I felt tricked. My family's SAFETY is jeopardised each time I put them in this car. Worst is, I have to keep paying for it for 6 more years. more

My salesman (Michael Harkins) was never pushy and Parkway gave me the most for my trade and the best price for their truck. If you are looking or buying if you don't go there you mist out. more

I never really enjoyed doing the car buying thing until today. Bob Hodge and Andrew Clark made it very painless and I feel like I got a great deal. Friendly, straight to the point, and respectful dealership 10/20/2011

My wife and I were looking to trade in a smaller vehicle for a larger vehicle because of children births. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, I contacted just about every dealership in Houston (not kidding) to explain the situation we had and the vehicle we wanted. Parkway was one of two dealerships that actually took my phone call serious. They took my information and called me back within 1 hour of the initial call. We discussed the specifics then I made the trip down to the dealership. Every single thing that was told to me on the phone was there waiting for me when I arrived. I spent approximately 1 hour on the lot and the deal was made. To top it off, I had to depart the dealership to attend to other matters and asked if the vehicle and paperwork could be ready for me to come by the next morning and finalize the details, and guess what, I got there at 0900 the next morning and all I had to do was inspect the vehicle, walk in and sign paperwork. Everything was there waiting on me! I can't explain how important and happy that made me feel about doing business with these folks. This dealership and its people will do what it takes to make your day and experience special! I will certainly be doing business with them in the future. Thanks Parkway! Ryan K more

We had to purchase a new vehicle due to someone totalling our vehicle. Josh Watson was our sales person and was very helpful. We bought an Equinox and he explained all the features and was polite. This was the easiest car purchase we've ever made. If you need a new or used car ask for Josh, he'll make you a great deal. more

Dishonest Service Department at Parkway Chevrolet 2/25/2011

Just had a horrible and disappointing exerience with Parkway's Service Department. I took the car in for some warranty work for a low oil pressure switch. Kept getting a message ""Oil Pressure Low"". It kept coming on and going off. The car was fine. The oil pressure was fine and full of oil. The engine was fine and not overheating. The oil had been changed just over 2,000 miles ago. It was just a sensor/switch that needed to be replaced. The morning I took the car in we checked the oil before leaving the house and it was just fine. We drove to Parkway and left the car. The service representative said it was 2 quarts low and the oil that was is in it was in horrible condition. I told him I knew that wasn't true and to have the mechanic check again. He phoned me back and said it didn't have oil in it. I argued over and over with him that I knew it had oil and it was okay. I told him just to forget the work and I would pick the car up. He said he couldn't start the car because of no oil and I would HAVE to have an oil change ($30). They had me. I authorized the oil change and 2 days later they had my car fixed and it was the switch/sensor. I spoke to the service manager when I picked the car up and after it was out of their hands. He wanted to see the oil they took out of my car to check the condition of it. Of course it wasn't available after 2 days plus do they really think I would have believed what they showed me came from my car? The service manager really couldn't be bothered and never offered to refund the oil change. We were in the process of looking to replace 2 vehicles, but not from them! I would not recommend Parkway. They can't be trusted. Since I took my car in I discovered the Better Business Bureau has given them an ""F"" rating - the worse you can get. Don't make the same mistake I made! more
