For the price, it's a rip-off. Staff is nice, but maintenance is understaffed. Biggest problem is thin walls -- listening to my drunk, unemployed neighbor screaming obscenities on the balcony every night gets old fast. You're better off opting for something more expensive and getting a roommate. Only plus is that Farm Fresh is across the street. \r

Be warned: AIMCO are bent. There's a hefty "application fee," a "cleaning fee," pressure to move in whenever they have a slot open, and little "extras" (the basic rent doesn't include garbage removal? Rip. Off). The contract is lengthy and just about all behaviors are prohibited, but they company doesn't care if people grill on the balcony, shack six people in a one bedroom, or scream "F*ck!" every 5 minutes outside your window. (They do tow, however, since they can fine for that.)
