I usually have good reviews about things in Waco but this is one of the poor business's I have not had good experience. First the customer service was not all that great. I had being seeing them for well over 3 years and still they did not who I was. Second, the waiting was unbearable because I work around 50+ hrs/week. They need to work now keeping up with their appointments. Third, I was never told about what to do to take care my teeth. I would ask questions but the response sounded incomplete. From what I saw, they were very social with their elderly clients but for someone like me in my late 20's it was not the case. Personally speaking, when I choose a health professional of any kind I would like them to communicate with me. They should go out of their way to give me advice on what and what not to do or where I could educate my self about my health.
