I am a RN and used to work on the orthapedic unit at Palomar. I have to say (from behind the scenes so to speak) that this hospital is outstanding. Their nursing staff is great, knowledgable and very caring for their patients.
The staff as a whole work together (you don't see this everywhere) and the place is kept clean and tidy. I have worked at other facilities and would rate this as the best I have seen.
I would have no problems having a family be a patient there, or even myself!
