Best

We often drive over an hour just to go to eat at The Palms. You cant beat the cut of meat for the price and its nice to go after being at the beach all day or just for a nice eve...

Grill fun! 10/9/2008

Family and I went there for the first time and had a great time. Price were affordable and it was fun atmosphere, except for the tall jerk for a bartender that seems completely full of himself. Meet the owners, great pair of brothers. more

Great way to end your day at the beach! 9/2/2008

We celebrated my daughter's 13th bday here ! The kids played all day at the beach, and later we went early to put our name in for dinner. It gets really crowded, and the wait can be up to a few hours otherwise. The kids had a ball, ordering their dinner, and then making it on the grill. Everything tasted great. Prices are fantastic! 20 of us went, and the bill was apprx $150 for steaks, chicken, and sodas ,, you cant beat that ! more

Grill out!! 11/25/2007

We eat at The Palms and find it delightful....there is good value in a family atmosphere, where you pick your meat out and then cook in on their grill.\r \r The menu is somewhat limited, but its a fun night out. more

If you don't mind a little work.. 1/24/2005

This place was built as a hotel 100 years ago, and now is a restaurant. It is a local hangout and is very busy on weekends. There are a few dinners that you can get cooked for you, such as fried shrimp and scalops, but this is pretty much a cook it youself place. They give you a large slab of excellent quality meat or fish, and you do the grilling. Diners include a salad bar, bread, and beans. A filet mignon diner of this quality and size would be around $30 in most places, but is only $14 here...but you have to do the work. Drinks are properly poured, and reasonably priced. Pros: quality, price, atmosphere Cons: , parking, cook it yourself more
