Very pleased 8/4/2011

I want you to know how very pleased I am with the Tex-Cote Coolwall exterior coating I had applied to my home. The crew was very professional, it looks wonderful and is a great improvement to my home. I also want to commend the crew as to the cleanup every night before leaving so our life could continue without any great interference. We appreciate the fact that the crew started painting on time. Having the project manager to either come to the house or called everyday to check in until the job was completed was amazing to us knowing the they are busy with others also. We are so pleased with the workmanship of the crew and the new beauty of our home. We have had a number of neighbors stop by to give us wonderful compliments on the new look. Pacific Homeworks went above and beyond for our family. We will highly recommend Pacific Homeworks to anyone who requires any construction or painting projects in the future. I approached a roof system replacement cautiously. I once had the awful experience of a seam cave in with terrible inconvenience and financial consequences. This offer was presented in great detail with pictures of exisisting roof problems and how to avoid them. The presentation and videos convinced me Pacific Homeworks was capable of a good job. I was pleasantly pleased with both crews. The men worked so hard and so well as a team. When I became concerned about a potential problem, Richard the team supervisor, produced photos of my roof "in progress" and a reasurring explanation. My concern was unfounded but was treated with respect. Pacific Homeworks produced the good job promised. I would be pleased to suggest them to others. more

The carpenters and plumber were very good 6/21/2011

The craftsmanship shown by all of the men working on the kitchen was excellent. I would like to point out the outstanding effort put forth by Benito. Not only was his work good but he was very conscientious of the quality of his work. He would not do anything that he felt was not the best way to handle the situation. The floor tiler. The carpenters and plumber were very good at what they do. The electricians bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the electrical work more

They make sure they do all the hard stuff 6/6/2011

To those that complain of dirt and dust, of course there will be, it is construction. The company swept and pressure rinsed the area before they asked me to do the walk around inspection. Oh and I never had a high pressure sell before I decided to sign on to the two projects. I had the contract totally explained to me and read thru everything before I signed the dotted line. Believe me, I dealt with some bad companies before and searched before deciding on Pacific Homeworks. And no I am not a paid spokesperson just a fully satisfied customer. more

Professional and thourough 6/2/2011

I recently finished two home projects with Pacific Homeworks and couldn't be happier. One was the roof and the other was exterior trim, exterior wood replacement and gutters. I had been assigned a crew supervisor and had their cell phone number that I could contact at any time and then a on-site crew member who talked me thru each step that was being completed. The roof was taken down to the slant wood main frame and new roofing placed on. The project was done with little disturbance and EVERYTHING completed down to city inspection in three days. The exterior took a week but had much more to do with all the wood replacement (which I saw before the replacement and approved). I dealt with a professional group of men who went out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure I was satisfied with their work, had a walk around inspection and signed a Completion Form. more
