Pacific Flavors in old town Eureka is a great store that has a full array of cooking supplies. They have everything you need to prepare anything excerpt the ingredients. They have all the name brands and all different styles. I always admire the cutlery on display. In the back of the store is cooking school that will show you how to use their products. Classes cost money and are often taught be local chefs.
