MISUSE OF HANDICAP PLACARD 4/12/2012

i observed a young male, 20-25 (not sure if he is the owner or worker) park a white nissan truck put up a handicap placard, go up the valet desk, put on his black tie and work as a valet! As he was walking I didn't notice a limp nor was he walking slow or look like he was in pain since has giving me dirty looks....he was parking vehicles. I question the use of his handicap placard as my friend who is 83 had to pay $28 to park in the Holiday Inn! I refused to go with our 15 friends to Ruth Christ Steak House! He makes good money he can park on the other block and walk! more

Be careful using this service 3/5/2012

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Beach House in Cardiff last night with a party of 4 from out of town. Pacific Coast Valet is the valet service at this restaurant. We came out after dinner to find 2 iPods, a laptop and the contents of the laptop case, a portable DVD player and 12 DVD's and a pair of subscription sunglasses stolen from the vehicle. We called the company but they basically told us to contact our insurance company, they take no responsibility for their company or the conduct of their employees. Dirt bags are every where and some work for this company, and likely own the company too. Beware and park your own car. Happy anniversary :-( more

because he and his brother Lee both got fired because they stole money from the company by re-using valet tickets on a daily basis. Lee is the little guy thats actually in his mid thirties but looks like he's 17 years old and has major small man complex. He thinks he can surf too. Ha ha. They are both transplants from Minnesota that don't know their ways around this town so they had to steal to get by. Go home KOOKS !!! more
