Once Again Bridal Shop

Rudest customer service ever! Went to this store with the intention of consigning 10 formals. The saleslady was so rude! After going through dress 3 of 10 she stares me down and snipes in an accusatory tone 'have you been here before?'. I must have had a puzzled look on my face after replying with a simple 'no' because she sharply stated 'its a simple question not too hard to answer!'. She went on to talk to her co-worker about me as if I wasn't standing right in front of her! Once I told her, truthfully by the way, I wasn't ever in the store prior to that moment, she should of stopped. I shouldn't have been made to feel as if I was telling a lie. I was so affronted! I couldn't believe the tone to her voice. If I ever spoke to a client in this manner I would be FIRED! She chose half of the items-that's normal for resale shops and you have to have a thick skin and accept some criticism of your items. That's the stores choice, after all, it is their business. But, due to the rudeness and the way I was treated, I politely asked for all my items back, including the ones they wanted to resell and left the store with a promise to NEVER DO BUSINESS with this store again. I'm sure there are plenty of shop owners that would appreciate and welcome business. I can't say that for Once Again Bridal-pitiful! more

We began shopping for a gown in February and looked at dozens of stores online. When we went into Once Again Bridal we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was perfect and the price for the alterations was also great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bride changed her mind about the alterations which caused the seamstress to have to undo some of the work that she had already done. The seamstress was very patient and understanding throughout this process and produced a gown that was exactly what the bride had wanted. Overall, I feel that this bridal store should be the FIRST store that any bride-to-be should check out. Once Again Bridal is the most amazing shop!! Anyone who is looking for a wedding gown should make it a PRIORITY to visit Once Again Bridal!! The selection of gowns they have is wonderful. They have every style, color, and size that you can imagine. And the service is unbelievable!! The staff is excellent!! It was probably one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had.\r \r And the greatest thing of all was that I was able to purchase a gorgeous gown that should have cost $800-$1000 for $200!! That's right, $200 and it was absolutely perfect!!\r \r If you know anyone who is looking for a wedding gown, you have to tell them about Once Again Bridal, they will not be disappointed!! Pros: Excellent Service, Excellent Prices, and Tons of Selections!! Cons: None!! more

I live in Chicago, but my fiance' is from the Detroit area. After going to 8 bridal shops in Chicago, and trying on about 175 dresses, I still could not find the dress. Even if I liked a dress, I still could not justify spending over a thousand dollars on a dress that was made of imitation fabric, or cheap satin. My Aunt told me that she got her dress from Once Again Bridal Shop, but she said she didn't know if I was into consignment shopping. I told her I would take a look. So I went there on a rainy Saturday morning, and I was able to browse through the racks at my own pace. I didn't have a consultant picking what I could try on. The Owner's daughter, I believe her name was Stephanie, was a tremendous help. The very first dress I tried on was from another bride, but was never worn. It was 100% silk, and a Marisa designer gown. Stephanie let me try on as many gowns as I wanted, but I knew that the first dress was the one. She was very honest, and helped me find the perfect veil for my frame, which was only $45!! I didn't think I was a veil girl, until she put it on me. She really knew her brides. The dress cost a fraction of what it would have cost at a regular bridal salon. I was so blown away by their honesty, service, and felt they actually cared. I am going to drive all the way from Chicago for all of my alterations at their shop. I know I will get nothing but the best alterations and service from them, for also a fraction of what other shops charge. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! GO HERE, it is REALLY worth a look! You won't be disappointed! Pros: Great Service, They CARE, honest, designer gowns for a fraction of the price, many brand new gowns! Alterations are CHEAP! Cons: NONE! I can't wait to go back for my fittings! more

I actually bought a couple outfits to wear to a wedding from this shop. Their items don't even look second hand. The prices are fantastic! They have very pretty jewelry also and other accessories.\r I love going in and just browsing around. more
