Prior Appointment 12/4/2011

Hello Terry & James, I would like to think I am a valued customer after coming to Scott for the last 10+ years. I was disappointed to find that my future appointments were not scheduled as promised on my prior appointment. The quality of your front desk has been going down hill for the last several months. You need more people like Jenny & Samantha. They are true diamonds. They make you feel like you are a valued customer and not just a "number". I adore Scott and Beth and have voiced my dis-satisfaction. Scott has accomodated my schedule (at the expense of his) so I would not take my business elsewhere. Yes, I am that upset with your Front Desk employees. Bring back the ones that care and know what they are doing. Is your business so successful that you can dismiss those that have been loyal to you (your customers and your employees)? I love your Salon but felt compelled to let you know that some of your changes may not really be beneficial to you and certainly are not to your customers. Sincerely, Brenda Creech more

I have been going to Nuovo at the Landings since 2007. I have never had a negative experience at the salon. The staff are always very attentive and accommodating. I also always leave feeling like a million bucks after receiving a service there! more

I have been going to Scott since I was 13, which means for the last 7 years. I have never had anyone else cut my hair. I attend College in Tallahassee and always come home (Sarasota) for my hair appointment. Thank you Nuovo and Scott. more

I've never been disappointed in the results I've received from Jana and Wayne. I receive many compliments on the style and color of my hair. Dee is also professional and friendly. I benefit greatly from their many years of talents. The personnel at the front desk are extremely competent and friendly. I recommend Nuovo whenever the the opportunity occurs. more

Madison always does a fabulous job on my hair and highlights. I've been going to her since I got a full-time teaching job, and I wanted to treat myself. I go 4x a year, two for highlights. It's a luxury I wouldn't part with at this point. more

Nuovo Salon and Spa 11/24/2011

I feel so pampered, so well cared for and so good amongst the very skillful, innovative, upbeat staff at Nuovo that I would never consider going to any other salon. They are clearly the very best - not just in Sarasota but in LA, NYC, Chicago, etc. I feel privileged to be lucky enough to be a client and have been one for for over a decade (probably longer!) and always get compliments on my hair and nails. more
