These guys only get one star because that is the lowest this site allows. Nelson Mazda deserves negative stars. They are lairs and cheats, they will say one thing and do another and try to get the GM on the phone, like nailing Jello to a wall. The whole organization sucks. I'd go into the details, but I don't have an extra 12 hours today to write. Trust me and the others that have reviewed Nelson Mazda - stay away unless you want to get screwed. Go with Mazda of Cool Springs, no nonsense, no lies - in and out in 30 minutes with exactly the car and deal I wanted, a full year of free service to boot! Nelson sucks so bad, I can't put into words. more

No one should buy from this dealer ship they are liars and cheats. I bought a car one month ago and paided 6900 in cash and still owed the dealership 1500, as a single mom they told they would help me finance the rest of the car. So it has been a month and one week, my drive out tag are exspired and they refuse to give me another one to make me legal!. Today the finance director Rich calls me to tell me they would finance the rest of what i owe, but he added an additional 1,500 dollars to what i already owed. So basicaly he offered me finacing at 30% interest over 36 months at $289 a month for a 3,000 loan....ALL I OWE ON THE CAR IS 1500 DOLLARS!! This place will screw you over the manager Randy is a dick ! I had my lawyer look over my paper work and I'm going there in the morning to hand them my keys !! You are an idiot if you read this review and still decide to buy a car from them! more

First of all, the only reason they get 1 star is because you have to put a star to post a review. My husband and I just purchased a used car from here. The car, being used had a few scratches and dents. The worst thing was that the bumper was not completely attatched to the car. The places where the bolts go on both sided were broken so the only thing holding the bumper on were the plastic clips. I pointed that out to the Director of Finance before we signed the papers and he said that we would be able to get it fixed along with the scratches and dents for 300.00. Well, the bumper was falling completely off the car yesterday and I took it to the dealership and they would not fix it. Said that they d id not agree to fix that. basically they lied!!! They are dishonest and crooked. Also, The General Manager is rude and plain mean. I don't know how he sleeps at night. When I told him that word of mouth advertisement was the best advertisement but it could also be his worst, he got so mad and said. "" if you are going to be that way, I'm not going to let any of my people touch your car:! so, trust me, they are liars and Do not stand behind their word! I don't want to see anyone else be treated this way. Wish I had read hukamaniac's reveiew before we purchased from them!!! more

We took our Mazda to Nelson Mazda just to have two extra keys made after purchasing a used Mazda at another dealership. Since then we have been getting hang-up calls from an 866 793 0152, a marketing company hired by Nelson Mazda! Thanks SO much! The reward for doing business with them is telephone harasment! more

Let me preface all of this by saying that we have had terrible experiences with other local dealers in the past so we were a bit leery of going into the dealership to look for a new car. However, we just bought a new Mazda 3 with them and loved the experience. They are the best dealership in town, hands down. \r \r We came in to look and test drive cars several times before finally buying, and at no time were they pushy. We worked with the same salesperson throughout the entire process and he was very conscientious of our needs and also of helping us to get the best price possible. \r \r On our first visit, we met one of the owners of the dealership and were very impressed by his attentiveness. The second time we came to the dealership he remembered our names and a story we had told him during our first visit. This showed us that he saw us as people, not just dollar signs. \r \r Everyone at this dealership knows how to put you at ease and make the car buying experience as simple as possible. We did our homework with pricing and comparisons and were able to get them to agree to our offer--which was about $6,000 below the msrp. \r \r We also had a trade in with 200,000 miles and they gave us $1,200 for it because the owner has a friend who buys old cars for parts. At Carmax, their offer to buy was $0. They basically said they would take it off our hands so we didn't have a junker sitting in the driveway. \r \r All of this said, we knew our credit score going in and therefore had no surprises when it came to financing. Anyone who has not done their homework first shouldn't complain about getting screwed on financing or car price. Buying a car is not like switching toothpaste brands. It's an investment that requires time and research. \r \r I definitely recommend this dealership and will continue to buy cars from them in the future. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. If you want to get cheated and lied to.... then Nelson Madza is for YOU! They will do anything to get your purchase and they will even go out of their way to screw you over- classy, huh? I'll put it this way: make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing from these people. I've never met such inconsiderate, horrible, and careless people in my life! STAY AWAY! Pros: N/A Cons: EVERYTHING more
