These guys only get one star because that is the lowest this site allows. Nelson Mazda deserves negative stars. They are lairs and cheats, they will say one thing and do another and try to get the GM on the phone, like nailing Jello to a wall. The whole organization sucks. I'd go into the details, but I don't have an extra 12 hours today to write. Trust me and the others that have reviewed Nelson Mazda - stay away unless you want to get screwed. Go with Mazda of Cool Springs, no nonsense, no lies - in and out in 30 minutes with exactly the car and deal I wanted, a full year of free service to boot! Nelson sucks so bad, I can't put into words.
