Why do I get the feeling the owner's wrote the positive reviews. Yuck yuck, over priced, rude RUDE management. Will never, ever eat here again. Disgusting alfredo by the way, I can make buttered noodles at home. more

Not sure what's going on w/Napoli but our dinner last night was horrible. Mussels were seriously overcooked, linquini was undercooked, and my husbands veal picatta was visually unappealing. He said the veal tasted good but the veg on the plate was overcooked mush. I ordered a $9 glass of wine which was supposed to be plum based with a cinnamon finish. Either I was served the wrong wine or the wine was bad. It literally tasted like dirt. It took a very long time to receive our food which is unusual. New chef? New mgmt maybe? Not sure. The "garlic" bread had no garlic taste what-so-ever. The hostess continued to engage in conversation with two patrons who were familiar to her. These patrons were talking and laughing to loudly my husband and I had to keep repeating ourselves. What is that? Quiet them down...especially if you know them. We'll give Napoli one more chance. If it sucks again...we're done. more

I have been eating at napoli's since I was in utero and I am 27 the food is phenomenal just like Grandma's I have always loved the Cheese Lasagna the prices are fair & the portions huge you will leave with leftovers especially if you have the yummy salad and warm garlic bread. The Rest of my fam loves the thin pizza which is the best around. more

We just had a wonderful time last night, we were celebrating three birthdays and an anniversary.Not only is the food delious but the service was wonderful.We stayed till close and not once did we felt rush to leave.We have brought many friends and family to this resturant and they all have enjoyed the food.The menu is loaded if many choices and prices are very reasonable.Not to mention you'll have leftovers.Try them, we're glad a friend brought us in there and we keep going back!\r ' more

This is a very good place to eat and the pizza is Awesome. After not being a customer at Napoli for quite sometime. Me and my family decided to go back and give it a try. We were very pleased to say the least. You can ignore my last post. I cannot seem to delete it. I do like Zumpanos but I also like Napoli and will give them my business as well. more

I love the pizza from Napoli but, living in wind lake they wouldn't deliver. Which is fine, we could have driven the 6 miles and picked it up but, they agreed to deliver here. They delivered to our house twice. Once I ordered a stuffed pizza and they delivered a regular crust pizza. Well, I called them and talked to them about the mix up and asked if they could send the correct pizza. I was told that there was no way they could have mixed up the order. I politely told them that I was absolutely positive I ordered a stuffed pizza and that I'm not sure why they would imply that I was lying. Well, then they informed me that if I wanted the correct order that the girl who took the order would have to pay for the pizza. I think that is ridiculous. If you are going to make the girl pay for the pizza, you certainly shouldn't be putting that on your customers in an attempt to make them feel bad. I said not to worry about it, Im not going to make someone working the counter at a pizza place lose that much money. Tonight I ordered $30 of food from them to be delivered.. this time after taking my order and telling me how much my order was, in the middle of taking my credit card number, management told the girl on the phone to tell me that they were going to charge me an extra $7 to deliver to me. Being that I have tipped the driver $6-$10 every other time they have delivered to me. I cancelled the order and will never order from Napoli again and will tell others to do the same. I've only had take-out from Napoli's or catered food ay my work. I have always enjoyed theie Manicotti and the Pizza is great. They seem to always deliver on-time. more

We usually do the take-out. Their stuffed pizza is great. The kids like the thick crust cheese. Friday fish fry you can get baked or fried to go. So Good! more

The pizza is always good and the prices are reasonable. The one thing lacking is atmosphere, there really isn't very much to speak of - and don't sit near the door in the winter. more

A truer taste of Italy than most americanized pizza chains. The pasta is pretty good, but the pizza is exceptional. Nice, open seating area. Family-oriented. more

those of us who grew up in burlington remember when napoli's had 4 tables and the best carryout in town. now, there is a larger building, the best delivery and the best carryout. you can even get a napoli fix near Mitchell internat'l airport at DiCarlo's. I may not live in WI anymore, but I sure hope that Carlo's catering will come to IN to cater my graduation party next summer. real italian in little burlington. it doesn't get any better!
