We stayed here april 30,2011,this place was terrible,the room was not clean,their was papper in the floor,the carpet was durty and had big stains on it,the buttons were broken off...

We stayed here april 30,2011,this place was terrible,the room was not clean,their was papper in the floor,the carpet was durty and had big stains on it,the buttons were broken off the tv,the phone did not work,the lamp shades were busted and had nasty stains on them that looked like blood stains the bathroom door had no lock,the tolit was cracked,the pictures on the wall was broken,the sheets on the bed were nasty had something black alover them.they hole room was just extremely nasty and ran down.i would highly recommend staying somewhere else more

Worst Place to stay 3/18/2011

We came from 9 hours away to stay in Pigeon Forge and we stayed here DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! BEWARE it is filthy, leaking faucets holes in the walls and old matresses in the walkway outside garbage on the floor we called them and they would not even clean the room I advise if you come to this town DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY IN THE MOUNTAIN View INN more

DO NOT STAY HERE - HORRIBLE 12/3/2008

In November 2008, My sister, my mother and myself checked into this motel. It was a horrible place to stay. The shower leaked, the shower curtain was falling, wallpaper coming off the wall. The place smelled horrible. I have Asthma, and my sister and mother both have allergies so we were not there long before we knew we could not stay in that room. We asked the desk clerk to move us to another room but we were there longer than 10 minutes so he could not even move us. All we wanted was a different room. Instead we had to go looking for a new place to stay and of course since we were there longer than 10 minutes and because we had to go ask for towels, we could not get our money back. We were there no longer than 25 minutes (most of that looking for another place to stay). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY. Pleae look elsewhere. This place was horrible. We lost our money but it was worth it just to get out of the place that was not fit for my dog to stay in. The sheets and towels were dingy and when we asked about tissues, he said no tissues, just toilet paper. Cons: Thumbs down more

Motel was really dirty, No sheats on beds 2/25/2007

We got in about 2:30 A.M, got all our lugage in room, went to sleep and surprise, no sheets. Called down to Front desk, Told us that was rediculous, and he was busy and hung up. Went down to Get money back, said to me no, Once checked in no refunds, we werent even there 5 minutes! This is a very bad place to stay. Also found razor blades near sink, was supposed to be non-smoking but the room reaked of smoke. Oh, and lights were burned out over the bed. We just left, Please dont take any kids there, I wouldnt stay there even if I was a truck driver! YUCK! Pros: NONE! Cons: LIST IS TOO LONG!!!!! more

Mountain View inn, Nasty! Filthy! UNHEALTHY! And they dont care!!!!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!! BAD MOTEL!!!! 2/25/2007

Mountain View inn in Pigeon Forge is Nasty, we stayed and they tried to give us towels that were left on the floor used in the room next door, illegal paraphenelia on the bed, Bathrooms filthy, Soda machines didnt work, told us to go next door the the hotel next door to get soda pop. Floors full of dust and food stuck to it ALL OVER!!!! Heat worked 1/2 the time, and my kids got sick after we left! I informed the front desk, they told me too bad have a nice weekend! I about jumped over the counter to kick his butt. But we just filed against them on the Better Business Bur. and Chamber of Commerce along with the local Health Dept. Pros: Cheap but so is all the other motel/hotels Cons: Nasty! Dirty! Rude Owners! Dirty Towels! Dirty Floors! Theft Problems! Illegal Paraphenelia found in room! more
