I purchased my 2013 Honda Pilot and I am very happy with every step of the process with Motor Werks. From the first contact Steve Meloney was very helpful. He answered all of our questions, asked pertinent questions to make sure he was recommending the right vehicle for us. On the test drive he encouraged us to go where we wanted, not a set path that most dealers take you on. The pricing was very fair and we feel good about our purchase. I appreciated being shown through the service area. You can tell this dealershop really cares about service and happy customers. They aren't just selling you a car. I got a car with them and had to get the car cleaned twice before I could drive home and had repairs of 1700$ right off the bat! Spoke to sales who would not even have the courtesy to reply emails or phone calls and then pretend its maintenance , maintenance of 1700$ in the first 15 days with less than 500 miles of driving, yaa right thats the quality of cars they sell. Disgusting part is they take days to answer the call, way to go Joe Spata! more

I recently had my Mercedes serviced at motor werks. At first everything seemed just great, they provided me with a loaner for the time that my car was getting serviced the advisor was great, I was happy. When I picked the car up I was shocked. They didn't re-install the plastic covers underneath the dashboard and my foot was getting stuck (I couldn't use the pedals properly)! The next thing I noticed is they replaced my BRAND NEW windshield wipers with OLD ONES!!!!!! That was enough for me, when I called the service advisor Joe L. (and this guy is the assistant service manager) he told me to bring the car in. To make the story short I was right, the wipers were replaced, the plastic covers were improperly installed causing me to not being able to drive the vehicle, and neither Joe nor the dealership ever apologized or even said thank you for your business (the service I had done was well over $1500, paid by the warranty). I will never purchase a vehicle from these people nor will I ever get my car serviced there since they can't even put it back together properly!!! more

Motor Werks of Barrington is the ultimate destination for luxury cars. Just walking into their showroom is a humbling experience. It's like a museum, or an auto show in itself. They sell Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche, Cadillac, Honda, Infinity, etc. They have all the high end models on display. The showroom goes on and on and each Make and Model is displayed in all its glamour. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and there for assistance. I am sure they know that a lot of people come in just to have a look. They are always ready to offer any help, but are not pushy like the stereotypical used car salesman. You can be assured of getting a fair deal and the car of your choice. The selection is so huge, that if they don't have your exact specifications in stock, they will get it custom made for you. You should pay them a visit just to check out the premises. more

All our service on our Infiniti was done at Motor Werks. They are very efficient and always have the car ready when promised. One nice feature with their service department is that they offer a complimentary shuttle to/from the train station. Knowing that the passengers are on a tight schedule to catch a train, they are very efficient in checking in the cars, so as to not have anyone miss their train. more
