I have read some of the other reviews and have got to say that the negative comments are absurd. I visit Moeller weekly for my son's lessons and I find that the staff is very positive, warm and friendly. Moeller has been helpful when my son's instrument needed fixed, they fixed it quickly. There prices are very competive and most of the time better than most. more

This place is terrible 9/11/2009

DO NOT VISIT THIS DUMP!!!! The staff are extremely rude and unknowledgeable. In addition, the clerks are lacking in basic skills such as giving correct change. Moeller Music's incompetence is only exceeded by their stupidity. more

Way too overpriced!!!!! Customer service is great, but it should be for the prices they charge. They are able to score huge profits from naive parents in the district who purchase instruments from them. They always charge the full retail price, which is 2-3 times the amounts charge by reputable companies such as Woodwind Brasswind and Giardinelli. Buyer beware and shop around! more
