The Liang Family no longer own Ming's. The food is ok, but not as good as it used to be. The Hot and Sour Soup was so thick it was hard to eat and did not have the flavor as it did when Judy and Joseph owned it. We watched the manager eating with her fingers as she wrapped the silverware in napkins. That is a food safety violation. more

Best Chinese food in town! 3/1/2007

This is the only place worth getting Chinese food in Tyler - they've got a wide variety and will modify everything on the menu for you. It's made fresh when you order, not sitting on a buffet table for who knows how long. It's run by the original owners of Liangs and the foods just like it was there. Yummy! more

Mings Cafe is a great place to grab lunch quickly. They have a steam bar where you choose 2 entrées with either fried rice, steamed rice or noodles. This is only $3.99 for lunch. The entrées change frequently and everything is really good. It is a fast food restaurant however the staff serve your drink and food as soon as they dish it up. more
