Good Job, but............ 10/25/2010

I think they did a great job with the portraits. They did a wonderful job with editing them. My daughter had her photos done in July and 100% humidity. She was sweaty, and it showed in the pics. they made them look fantastic! more

I have spent a ton of money with these people and trust me you do not want to make the same mistake. They are wonderful up front and when you are making an order, but let a problem arise and they are not helpful. Cons: Too busy to do it right. more

I got my senior pictures done today.. they were the cutest and most creative pictures ever! If you were smart, you'd go early.. then you're first and no one is waiting on your photographer so that you're not rushed. Mine turned out beautifully and I couldn't have asked for a better photographer! I worked there last year, and yes, its changed, but for the better I think.. As for the ""Assembly line"" excuse, its a busy place! Go Early!!! Its to be expected.. you're not the kings and queens of the world.. expect a wait if you're planning on going later in the day. Don't complain, they do the best they can! As for me, like I said, it was amazing and I can't wait to show them off! class of 2010 :D more

Don't go 2/3/2009

My daughter had her senior pictures taken at Michaels. You feel as if you are on an assembly line. They schedule too many people at one time. My daughter was rushed from one location to another so she could stand in line and wait to have her picture taken. They did take a lot of pictures but the vast majority of them were very bad. The atmosphere and picture quality is NOT what I expect from a professional studio. Pros: variety of locations Cons: They don't care what the photo's look like they have a contract with the school it's not like you have a choice! more

IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO DO YOUR JOB WELL, YOU AREN'T DOING YOUR JOB WELL!!! 1/15/2009

When we arrived, the place was so frenetically busy that personal service wasn't possible. We were informed that the official photographer for senior pictures for my daughter's school was this dreadfully out-of-the-way place we had never heard of. And it was not anything I would have chosen. Pros: lots of shots and backgrounds from which to choose Cons: Didn't take their time to do the job right....a real photo factory...without special effects, they'd probably be nothing more
