Jim Miller is wonderful. He took time to explain my plumbing problem and showed me preventive tips to prevent major expenses down the road. I would use them again.

maniacal driver 4/2/2008

The guy driving the Merry Plumbing truck drives erratically, zoomed up and cut me off, nearly hitting me. I was going the same direction as him so I then watched him try to zoom around other cars, nearly hitting them, and even pulling into the shoulder on the entrance ramp of the 134 to try to get around a car. Not a sign of a stable person... I wouldn't hire them. more

Merry Plumbers addendum 1/29/2008

Mr. Miller did call back, apologized and offered to install the disposal at no cost. This changes my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I will make an additional addendum later if things go well. more

expensive but fixes the problem 10/3/2005

I've been having plumbing problems in my bathroom for the past month or so. Trying to fix it myself, i actually ended up making it worse. I finally gave in to call a professional and found them in the phone book. They seemed like a good place. I called and got a quote and they quickly responded to my call. In a matter of 30 minutes, they were already knocking on my door. And in a matter of an hour or two, they were completely done. Although the final cost ended up being more than the quote (and expensive overall), they did get the job done in a timely manner. Very professional as well. more

You have to buy the products they carry 7/11/2005

It was about 3 a.m. when suddenly there was this big rattling sound becomes louder and louder, and something from the basement was banging so loud. Then I figured out my sprinkle that was having some mulfunctioning problem, and it went on by itself, I totally freak out that night, and it was raining hard outside. So I dashed out to turn off the sprinkler timer. I tried to called San Marino Pluming ermergancy service, but no one answered. So I waited the next morning. They told me I have to replace the sprinkler timer and new valves. So I reroute the timer to the back of my house, and replaced the new valves. They refer me to a electrician to rewire the wires for the timer. First I thought the $800-$900 included all that, not until the electician came and finished up the rewiring, and I recieved another bill in the mail, that I have to pay another $150 or so. Well, again, I think they are awkfully expensive since they located in a prestiage area. And what I don't like is that more

Diagnosed a serious problem that a contractor ended up fixing. Expensive on an hourly basis, but got in and out very quickly. more
