I have to agree with all of these reviews. SAVE you money! There is no medical supervision or highly trained staff. The staff is women who have been through the program and can give an injection. The Maple Grove location was overbooked ALWAYS. So you would have to plan for an hour of your time to wait for a 10 minute appointment. I would also agree with the placebo theory in soulinya review. I have done HCG before and I always got leg cramps which is a known side effect. I never experienced legs cramps using their product for 6 weeks. I lost a total of 6lbs, basically what I would of lost by just changing my eating habits which I did. more

The program only works if you follow the meal plan which limits your carb intake. Essentially to lose weight you would need to reduce the amount of dairy and carbs you eat. With that said, I don't know how much of the supplements that are provided to you in a ziploc bag, and shots work. My thought is it is a placebo. Also, the Maple Grove location is very disorganized and the staff could use some training on ""bedside manners"" and customer service. The ladies are young and wear black sweats. I suggest that they completely change the wardrobe requirement from sweats to maybe ""black scrubs"" that nurses and aesthetician's wear. The office, is not very inviting and could use a change in the layout as the current set-up is not efficient nor does it flow. In addition, the advice that the ladies provide could have more ""value"" if they understood nutrition, rather than reading from a pre-assembled work packet as each person's dietary needs are different. Not everyone, is able to lose weight following the same ""meal"" plan. more

agree with Tammy's post -- as a member in 2013 / and now 2014 -- the program works but the office staff and customer service at the maple grove location is less than stellar. Very unorganized office and the information is lacking.... I asked what was in one of the supplements they wanted to give me and was told 'vitamins and stuff'.... I asked if they had documentation I could read - with ingredients and was told ""not really"". \r \r You will not get the 'warm fuzzies' from the team that is supposedly there to help you - but if you follow the written documentation they give you - you will lose the weight. more

I recently completed the MedShape program in 2011. I will say the program 100% works if you follow the plan. I lost over 50 pounds in 3 months and feel better than I have in years. Although the actual program works, the staff is not consistent in the information they pass along, they rarely have products that I need and I'm often waiting 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I would be hesitant to refer someone to this location due to the service. I invested over $2000 in the HCG, booster shots and protein drinks that I have purchased but you are not given the one on one attention. more

I did the Medshape Weight Loss Clinic program and it was all they say they are. I losr 46 pounds in 8 weeks. I am a snow bird who spends the winter months in Arizona and summer in Minnesota. I was thrilled to hear Medshape weight loss clinic went national and are now in Minnesota. I already check in with them to continue my maintenance program. I lost my weight a year ago and still have it off! I selected Medshape because their meal plan is real food from the grocery store and you eat 1000 to 2000 calories per day! Not a crazy 500 calorie diet. The staff is wonderful and all the doctors were very professional. I highly recommend Medshape to anyone interestd in a fast and healthy weight loss. more
