agree with Tammy's post -- as a member in 2013 / and now 2014 -- the program works but the office staff and customer service at the maple grove location is less than stellar. Very unorganized office and the information is lacking.... I asked what was in one of the supplements they wanted to give me and was told 'vitamins and stuff'.... I asked if they had documentation I could read - with ingredients and was told ""not really"". \r

You will not get the 'warm fuzzies' from the team that is supposedly there to help you - but if you follow the written documentation they give you - you will lose the weight.
