Mebane Pet Clinic

I took my dog, Prince, to Mebane Pet Clinic when he became very ill and my previous veterinarian said they were too busy to see him. Even though they had just met me and my dog, the staff was so warm and caring and responded to my pet's condition with urgency and compassion. The doctors all worked together to determine what the problem was and how to treat it. The vets and their assistants kept me posted on his progress while he was in the hospital. I am thankful for everything Mebane Pet Clinic did for Prince and will be taking my pets there from now on! more

I have brought numerous rescue cats to this clinic over the years with many challenging conditions. I ask for particular vets to see my animals because I am used to dealing with them and they know me. This clinic has been incredibly helpful in helping me care for cats. \r They did go through a period of high turnover at the front desk that caused a lot of confusion but those days are past. more

This is a highly disorganized clinic. I took my rescued pet in for a first visit and had to pick up meds next day after diagnostics were analyzed. No one could find my pet's chart. I heard staff say they would check the vet's desk, but they had no luck there either. One very serious concern is that capsules were two different colors in one pill bottle. No one alerted us to this. I looked both up on the internet and found out they were the same medicaiton, but the vet or the tech should have told us this instead of letting us discover it on our own. \r \r The chart was eventually found, but it seems not to have been read when providing us with follow up care. I had a follow up call from a vet who had not examined my pet and who recommended treatment that, had she read my pet's chart, would have seen my pet was already receiving. There was an appointment scheduled that never made it to their computer, and a misdiagnosis of my pet's condition (even though we consumed over $300 worth of clin more

We had a great experience here. Our dog got hurt at close to 5pm on a Friday and the Vet here stayed and stitched him up. He healed great and it wasn't that expensive. They did a great job! We will continue to use their services for our pet and recommend them to others. more
