I enjoyed my experience with Sue, the massage therapist. She was very pleasant, and did a very good job. I have been very stressed of late and really needed the relaxation. I signed up and so far no problems. I would recommend Massage Envy, and I think the customer service was very helpful. I will be going back soon. Thx more

I can't believe this Place the employees there are so RUDE.. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all..I called to make an appointment and the gal that answer the phone Dorothy I believe her name was. She was so Dam she said we don't have anything and Hung up on Me..What kind of people do you have working there. So I tired again and got the same thing from another gal..I than ask to speak to a Manager, The gal then put me on hold for like 10 min, and then got back on the phone and said the manager isn't here and I don't know when she will be back in.Then hung up on me once again.I don't know voted for this company as #1 on this site but it is with out a doubt the worst Massage Company ever.. I don't recommended any one go to this place. I recommended people go to the spa company down the street from it.. more

I have had two massages at ME and found fault with both. The first one, the gal complained about the management the whole session and the second the guy had so much hair on his arms that it felt like I was being massaged by a Brillo Soap Pad!!! It is a JOKE that Massage Envy won for therapeautic massge on this website!! Who voted....their staff?????? more

I have been to this location twice and since it had been well over 7 years since getting a massage, I was both surprised by the level of customer service, the knowledge of both of the therapists I saw, and genuinly walked away feeling not only much better, but as though this was a good value for the price! \r \r If (like me) you have been avoiding for years going due to cost, trust me you will NEVER look back and think you wasted a dime! \r \r I received a couple of extra ""complimentary cards"" for guests, and already know who in my office will be a recipient! more

They make you cancel your contract via fax. Conveniently, the owner said she did not get my fax till after the deadline and automatically charged my card again. Then said it was expired and wouldn’t let me use the massage (x2 for myself and my husband)!!!!! This is after we spent over $1500 there over the last year! She refused to show me the fax report of the date she received it. She wouldn’t even return my calls and when I finally caught her, she yelled and said ridiculous things!! Massage Envy is great!!! I have had a membership with Massage Envy for the last couple of years since my wife and I had placed monthly massages on our dream board the year before. A great decision for us since we travel often on business and they have sister locations all over the country. Our main home location is Mission Viejo North but they were full for the Friday 6pm time we wanted so we booked it at the Mission Viejo South location at Marguerite and Crown Valley, next to Baja Fresh.  I'm usually very satisfied with the quality of my massage but this last time topped them all. My masseuse was Berline and I must recommend her highly. Don't be fooled by Berline's relatively short height, this All-American girl of Asian descent with the ear to ear smile has Amazon hands. Often, I am asked what the focus of my massage should be. Being on the computer for over 12 hours a day sometimes, I carry a lot of stress through my neck, shoulders and lower back which I ask to have attended to. Usually the masseuse does their greatest hits and will fold in your focus areas a little bit, but not Berline. Her first comments were, ""Oh good, deep tissue!""  Berline's technique was a mix of deep therapeutic and pressure point. When I mentioned I had some lumbar pain, she focused on that area in a way no one else ever has. She then spent the majority of time on just my shoulders, neck and right arm as requested. I kept saying to her ""this is the best I've ever had."" Many masseuses will talk your ear of during your session, not Berline. If you wish to comment, she will talk with you no problem, but if you want to be in quiet ecstasy land, she will happily go ahead with her work. As I was paying at the front, the front desk asked how I liked my massage. I said ""It was so good that I don't want to let the secret out."" Massage Envy South has excellent therapists. Will Tonn being one of their best. He is very professional and has a relaxed demeanor which in turns has a relaxing effect on the client. He is extremely proficient at this skill. Seems to intuitively know the problem area without asking..though he always does ask. I have never had a bad massage with Will. I do customize massages and have been with the outfit for over a year. When it comes to conversation, he follows the lead of the client. There is nothing bad to be said. These guys are the best in customer service, attention to detail, and affordable relaxation. From sore/painful muscle tension to just simple relaxing, the massage therapists here are the best! I have been going to this location for about 6 months now and recently discovered the best therapist ever. His name is JJ- he is extremely good. I am very picky when it comes to my massage and he has magical hands. His deep tissue is fabulous w/o making me wince. For all those women who are not comfortable with a male therapist- I encourage you to try JJ. He makes me feel very comfortable. I never feel exposed or uncomfortable in anyway. He is strong and the massage is excellent from start to finish. I would also recommend Linda or Cheryl- they are also excellent. \r Massage Envy is a great way to go when you like to get frequent massages. It is very affordable. The only downside is a 90 min massage is really 80 min and the 60 min is really 50min. Their tipping charts are based on a full 60 and 90 min. My experience has been when I go to a private therapist I get the full 60 or 90 min., but you do pay more. \r The yearly plan is a great deal and I once cancelled my plan because I wasn't working as much without any trouble. One time my session ended early and I complained and they corrected the problem on my next visit. At another massage envy location my sessions were cut short many times and I was too afraid to say anything- make sure you watch the clock yourself cause the therapist can get too busy and think they are giving you the full time when they may not. \r Pros: JJ is the best Cons: 60 min = 50 min massage more
