Rude and pretentious. What a Bully.
These thoughts sum up how I felt about the "stylist" after walking out of this store. I wish I read the reviews about this shop before I wasted my time in this place. The "stylist" (with questionable credentials) turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde right in front of us when after trying on a third bridal gown, I was still undecided as to which one I want. Inside the dressing room naked and alone with this woman, she told me that I must have a decision as to which dress to buy should I make a second appointment to come to that store again. Mind you, my first visit was as a walk in. This visit was by appointment and I brought with me a second pair of eyes. Mary's self-proclaimed stylist told me, verbatim 'You still do not know what you want? You must make a decision; a third visit with no decision is going to be too much’. I was caught off-guard with the rudeness. This woman is Russian with a very strong accent but understandable English so I was pretty sure that she meant what I thought she meant – and so I realized that I was being bullied to buy a gown there and then. I walked away feeling greatful that I did not spend my money in this shop.
