Rude and pretentious. What a Bully. These thoughts sum up how I felt about the "stylist" after walking out of this store. I wish I read the reviews about this shop before I wasted my time in this place. The "stylist" (with questionable credentials) turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde right in front of us when after trying on a third bridal gown, I was still undecided as to which one I want. Inside the dressing room naked and alone with this woman, she told me that I must have a decision as to which dress to buy should I make a second appointment to come to that store again. Mind you, my first visit was as a walk in. This visit was by appointment and I brought with me a second pair of eyes. Mary's self-proclaimed stylist told me, verbatim 'You still do not know what you want? You must make a decision; a third visit with no decision is going to be too much’. I was caught off-guard with the rudeness. This woman is Russian with a very strong accent but understandable English so I was pretty sure that she meant what I thought she meant – and so I realized that I was being bullied to buy a gown there and then. I walked away feeling greatful that I did not spend my money in this shop. more

I find it very interesting that there are only 5 star and and 1 star reviews.....funny but that makes me feel as though the good reviews are faked. I had the worst experience with this store. Rude rude rude!!! There are a few nice employees, but that does not make up for Mary and the other uneducated and unhelpful staff! Dresses fell apart and were made very poorly. When you pay this much for a gown it should perfect....that goes for the bride and bridesmaids gowns! Go somewhere else! more

My experience with Marys Designer Bridal Boutique had started because I searched long and hard on the Internet at every dress. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I knew than I had found the right place to order my prom gown. They had a large variety of gowns. The process was very fast and easy. I was special attention by Natasha who helped me decide the gown that was best for me. I was very pleased with my visit. more

The women at Marys were very helpful and honest. They told me what looked good on me or what dress would suit me best and why. They were also very nice and I could relate to what they were telling me. I felt like they were determined to make feel the best I could. I felt very pampered! the selection of dresses was great and it seemed like there was a perfect dress for everyone. more
