Marburger Tim Dodge

I bought a (Brand Spanking Used) 2007 Chrysler 300 from Tim Marburger Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep in Concord North Carolina in 2008. It was explained to me in detail (by the manager Quame) that under this program the car was exactly as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. Anything that would be covered by purchasing a brand new Chrysler would in fact be covered on this vehicle. The only difference was that this car had 13,000 miles on it. The car is now rusting and Chrysler says the dealership is responsible for the repair ($358.91). The dealership now says it's a used car and they don't have to disclose any damage that they were aware of, if it was less than 25% of the car. They will not repair the rust spot. They say I signed the documents and it?s not their problem. Buyer beware is their policy. They set up the scam by providing me with their version of car fax (Auto Check) and their vehicle (Brand Spanking Used) Certification inspection sheet. I took it to other Chrysler dealerships and they say that the entire rear end of the car has been damaged and poorly repaired. Do not ever go to this dealership. they made a deal with me told me what my monthly payments would be with 1000 dollars down and that I wouldn't have to have a cosigner. I even signed some papers to make the process go faster the next day. they put a dealer tag on let me take it that night. Got off work early the next day to go put the down payment down they tell me I can't do it now without a cosigner or putting more money down. When just the day before said they could. We couldn?t do that so we were mad but went to get everything out of the car my boyfriend is speaking his mind loudly but not directly talking to anyone. One of the employee's that had not even dealt with us came up running his mouth and said well you should pay your payments on time which was not even the situation because i do pay my payments i have a good credit score more than what the average American's is. He got in my boyfriends face arguing with him and was threatening to kick his butt. I asked the employee to PLEASE just walk away he rudely said no he would not walk away to just get my stuff which i was already doing till he came over there. The other employees were just standing around letting there coworker do this. I work in the customer service business and this was so unprofessional. I think the employee should be fired but probably won't be by the way they acted. This was a horrible experience and I will let people know how this dealership is and how they treated us. Yes my boyfriend was loud and upset over them not keeping there deal, but the employee was VERY out of line and shouldn't have even said anything to us. My son bought a car from them in 2006 ,a 2005 chrysler 300,on the way home the day he bought it, he noticed that the car was pulling to the left,he called the salesman the same day and told him bring it back one day and we will do a front end alignment to repair it ,well a week after he came down and they had to order a part to do this alignment,to come back after they get the part well they called a week later so he took it down .The day we took it down is went we found out that this car was in a small fender bender and blamed it on my son,they said he must of the curve to do this much damage,wich was a lie, because it came from there store just like that I was in the car with my son nomore then 1 mile away from them when he called to them the problem,well the rest is history because after being called a lier my son will not go back to them , Grindstaf chevy gave my son the papers to prove how many times that car was repaired before my son bought it .So buyers bewareof the Bristol Crooks at Tim Marburger Dodge Chrysler Pros: Good Salections Cons: Bad salesmans in Bristol TN more

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Tim Marburger over the last 3 years. They've been pretty good vehicles. We stopped by there this summer to look at the brandnew vehicles just like the preowned one we purchased from them 3 years ago. I'm not sure of the salesman's name, but he was the pushiest sales person I have ever met in all my life. I know they work off commission, but give me a break. That shows poor character to insist on someone driving a brandnew car off the lot. We told him we did not want his assistance, but of course, he tried to give it to us anyway.
