Rico overcharged me for a chemical service $125.00. He never told me that it was going to be that much. When I asked where he got his prices he showed me a vague brochure with the prices saying this price and up. I wouldn't have minded paying if I knew that highway robbery is apart of it. Rico if you trying to make it to the top don't screw up your fans at the local level. more
