Mandarin Deli is a small neighborhood place that looks unassuming, but serves the best green onion pancakes (thin, tasty and crispy without being too greasy) and fried dumplings around. They also have an exceptional beef noodle soup (ask for the hand-cut noodles—they're homemade!). All their other dishes are quite good.
