First off, I had no problems when I bought a car brand new from here. To the Latino guy, I went back to the dealship a few years later and was looking at the cars and was approched by no one at all. I was walking back to my car and seen a salesman come out and start helping a family that came after me. I thought that sucked. I am white so color don't ALWAYS have something to do with it. CHRIST, enough with the race card already. more

We came to purchase a car in August. Since then we've found that they lied to us on a number of fronts, costing us hundreds of dollars. Curt Baker and the rest of the staff will tell you whatever you want to hear, truth or lies, as long as it gets you to sign on the dotted line. Then, they'll call you a liar when you bring it to their attention. more

I bought a used Trailblazer SS from Mall Chevy last month. They offered me way more than other dealerships for my trade and it was certifed so my warrenty was outstanding!!! more

These people are nothing but SCAM artists!!! From the moment I walked through the door, they offered poor customer service. Then I signed my agreement and they called a week later tellig me my payment will not be the same and that I have to come back and sign a new agreement. My 2004 Cadillac SRX was not brand new when I bought it, however I was promised by my sales person, Mark Henson, that anything that was wrong with the vehicle woul dbe fixed. They fixed a few things and conveniently Mark no longer works there. I spoke with the sales manager and another salesman who both promised to help fix my problems and they want to charge me and arm and a leg for something that was broke when I purchased the vehicle! They are horrible! Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from these SCAM artists!!! They will tell you anything to get you to buy a car from them!! more

I was looking for an Equinox and the dealerships around me barely had any. I went to Mall Chevrolet and they had a wide variety of 2010 and 2011 and were even able to tell me when more would be arriving. I ended up getting one of the 2010 they had. They were easy to work with and didn't pressure me. more

in to different occasions i visited the dearship.. frist i went was after work. I walked to the vechile i was instersted in and waited to see if some would come out to help me and noone did. so i left..two weeks later i went to the dealership again..same thing happen again.. but this time while walking back to my car with my son another couple drove up and proceed to look at car and write away a sales person came out and right away offered them some assisant..i was like i can believe what just happen..so to all latinos out do not go to mall chevrolet in cherry hill.. because if your not the right shade you will not be wait on.. more

7/2010 MALL Chevy was a pleasure to deal and do business with. After my very bad experience with ignorant and rude people at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, NJ, I decided to try Mall Chevy. Everyone was friendly and you were treated with respect. Ask for Allan Schilling in sales. Great person. After searching the internet for a 2010 Tahoe they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Would definitely return or recommend this dealership. Very smooth transaction with no stress. more

Despite the bad reviews I've read, Mall Chevrolet had the used vehicle I was interested in. I decided to give it a shot even though most of the reviews told me not to even give them a try. When I arrived I was greated at the door by a very nice man. He sat me down offered me coffee and asked what I was interested in. After having the vehicle pulled up he went over everything about it and we went for a test drive. I left the dealership with a new opinion and a new vehicle. Mall Chevrolet gave me the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I've had my car serviced once so far for an oil change. I was in and out during my lunch break! I highly reccomend Mall Chevrolet but if your skitish around sales people they have a Business Development Center which you can send in questions or inquiries about certain vehicles via email and even LIVE CHAT! I searched the web for days after I had my bad experience with these creeps and finally today I found some other reviews by dissatisfied customers of this place! I bought my car in Sept 06 and had repeated probs with it - Always the same symptoms - They told me it was the TCM at first and then next time it went in it was the fuel pump - etc...The 2nd time they couldn't find a problem...\r I had it in there a total of 3 times in less than 6 months - and each time it was something else, and I'm guessing that was because they would fall under the lemon law after 3 of the same diagnosis. Now today on my way to work -- (almost 3 months to the day of having it fixed), I have the same EXACT symptoms again!! This place is the pits! My initial problem with them before even taking ownership of the car was: the lied about my payment etc and tried to broadside me the day I went to pick it up, trying to get me to pay way over what they told me my payment per month would be! I came across this place when I was looking for a place to take my car to. I wish i had never walked in the door. After my car was serviced with them, it ended up having more problems than it did before. I took it to someone else and they told me that the mechanics here, had tampered with my car. Beware if you go here because in my case, they were out to make more money. more

Please do not burden yourself with this dealership. The salesmen are slimy and they are limited in there car selection. We test drove a 2005 Equinox and the engine light came on after mile 8. The salesman said that always happen. We were attracted to them also because they said that had a huge used car lot....we counted 12 cars there and none of them were worth buying. DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM......THEY SUCK!!!! more

We were interested in a vehicle on the Mall Chervolet lot. We test drove it , liked it, and came back the next day to buy it. When we came back the paperwork was all altered and the vehicle we test drove had burgundy interior and the one they tried to send us home in had blue interior. The car broke down 3 times and we needed an attorney. more
