Use anyone else but Maeser, even DIY it before calling this company. 3/11/2019

1 star only because the site wont record the review if I don't at least mark one!!Unfortunately I used this company for my new 3000+ sq ft new house. I have never seen as much laziness, ineptitude and sloppy substandard work in my life! The work ethic is absent, filthy hand drawn cartoons on surfaces and an absence of any repercussions from their field managers. I have attempted to get other plumbers to come in and take over but they take one look at what has been done and want no part of it. One told me he would rip it all out and start over its so bad. If I had the time and resources I would take them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! more

Steve was great 2/6/2019

After turning off our water for repairs, we couldn't get water flow back in our family business's upstairs office bathroom/kitchen. I called Maeser and a very nice lady named Tracy (who was friendly,upbeat and courteous), set up an appointment for the next day. That was great to start with, but this company did even better. Shortly before of our technician, Steve, arrived we received both a text and call notifying us that he was on his way. When he arrived he asks many questions, took a look at the situation and gave us a reasonable estimate. We hired him on the spot. He fixed our flow problem and even made us aware of some potential problems we might have later that he noticed. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and finished within a couple of hours. We will definitely use this company, again! more

Rusty explained what had happened and fixed it promptly. Made some good suggestions and fixed my leaky garden hose while he was at it. more

A/c repair 5/12/2018

Kurt my our technician and he was fantastic representative of Maeser. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything that he did. Booking the appointment on line would be the only issue the time frame and the actual time was not in that window. But to their credit repairs sometimes take longer than expected. The A/C is working great.. Thanks Kurt more

Yearly Maintenance Service 4/25/2018

John D. was very informative about the issues with my HVAC system. I have a very old system, I am hoping it will hang on for at least the next 6 months, before it needs to be replaced with a more efficient system. John showed me several options available in lieu of replacement ( complete with photos on his cell phone ). Very informative and thorough with explanations. Of course the Maser guys always put on the blue booties. more

Update of bathroom fixtures 4/21/2018

Tom and Jack did a terrific job in changing out our old shower and bathtub fixtures. They went above and beyond to get the job done. I have used Maeser for several years for all our plumbing needs and have been very satisfied with their service! more

These gentlemen performed the annual maintenance and tune up for our heating and A/C Service today. They preformed in a excellent fashion under uncomfortable weather conditions. Everything is working very good at this time. Thanks for a Job well done, Billy G. Wilson more

Bad service from a bad company 4/2/2018

Do not use this company! They were bought out by a big out-of-town corporation in November 2017. They are no longer associated with the service you could count on from the original company that previous owner started 35-40 years ago. They do NOT have the professional pride that .. personally had in his company. The prices are high and the workers they sent out did not know what they were doing. This place has only bought out the name. They refuse to even try and correct the workers' mistakes. more

Maeser Master Plumbing 3/13/2018

Service team came on time and assessed the second floor bathroom leak down into ceiling in dining room. They said that it was the worn away caulking in tub and shower. They caulked entire tub and shower. As of today the leak has stopped. Cost = $162.00 more

Replacement of toilets 2/27/2018

I was very happy with the service techs that Maeser sent to fix two of our toilets. They both were courteous and conscientious. We have used Maeser for more than ten years and have always been more than pleased. I would highly recommend them. more

Service 2/16/2018

Called and got service the same day. I had a water leak above the furnace , ended up having the hot water tank, new sump pump, and outside water faucet replaced. Lee & david did an excellent job. Also got the twice a year maintenance plan for the furnace and central air unit. Very pleased with the work and level of service received today here i Jeffersontown. more
