I have bought about a dozen things there over quite a few years. They are very nice and stand behind their work. i would not shop anywhere else. I read where someone said there were high, but get what u pay for. better quality and honestly. i won't go any place else!!!! more

Wonderful Experience!! 5/5/2009

Good: The whole atmosphere made me feel like home. You walk in and your selection is not that of department store but real class.. Bad: Maybe the prices but you get a lifetime warranty and they have been around for a real long time unlike the engagement ring I bought from Zales which no longer is warranted b/c thier company folded.. Improvements: More men's rings would be nice. In the sterming silver type not flashy.. Other: I recommend them b/c of thier intense passion for the business and thier desire to teach and to train the employees not just to hire first person who walks thur the door. Thier people really are educated in thier field.. more

High quality - very high prices 11/11/2005

In the age of the internet, it has become very easy to shop for jewelry. It is easy to compare prices, styles and just about everything else. That ease of comparison really makes a shop like MM Schenk suffer. The jewelry is wonderfully presented but the prices are at least 150% higher than comparable jewelry that you can buy elsewhere. more

Fixes all of my jewelry mishaps 8/12/2005

I took in my beautiful antique locket to have the inset fixed and cleaned and it came back quickly and beautiful. I also just took in my swiss army watch to have the pin reset as well as get a new crystal face and was met with the same satisfaction. The staff is so willing to help you and is very friendly. They are watch specialists. They also have the best jewelry cleaner for $2.95. more
