Good: The whole atmosphere made me feel like home. You walk in and your selection is not that of department store but real class.. Bad: Maybe the prices but you get a lifetime warranty and they have been around for a real long time unlike the engagement ring I bought from Zales which no longer is warranted b/c thier company folded.. Improvements: More men's rings would be nice. In the sterming silver type not flashy.. Other: I recommend them b/c of thier intense passion for the business and thier desire to teach and to train the employees not just to hire first person who walks thur the door. Thier people really are educated in thier field..
