Longshore Park Skating Rink

We just had our wedding at The Inn at Lonshore on Saturday. We could not be happier with how everything came together! Kacy and Christine were so easy to work with and met our requests as beat they could. Eddy helped us throughout the entire affair that evening and made sure we had everything we needed. Guests raved about the food and drinks and the quaint coziness of this beautiful venue. The bridal suite was huge and lovely, my wedding party all got ready there. Being the end of March, we did the winter package and our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all indoors. Although it was wi dy and cold out, we still took lots of photoa outside by th water. Everything was beautiful and we are so thrilled our wedding was at The Inn at Longshore! more

We had our wedding in at the Inn at Longhore in Westport, CT and we have nothing but glowing reviews to share. The entire staff is an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very accomodating and highly responsive to any of our needs. We didn't have to worry about a thing - they are a well oiled machine! The Inn itself is beautiful and is the perfect setting for a wedding in any season. The Long Island South provides the perfect backdrop for photos, and the reception room itself is warm and inviting. The food received rave reviews from our guests as well. It was truly the best place to have a wedding and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a spot! more

We had a terrific experience hosting our wedding reception at The Inn at Longshore. Upon arrival, the wedding party was greeted with champagne and we immediately headed towards the back for pictures. While we were taking pictures, waiters were nearby serving us drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Unfortunately, the coach bus we rented for some of our guests was late for the cocktail hour. However, the Inn's coordinator was very flexible and extended the cocktail hour in order to accommodate our guests. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn't get to sample all of the hors d'oeuvres as we were very busy taking photos, but the guests informed us that they were delicious and generously distributed. After the cocktail hour we headed indoors. The service continued to be phenomenal. Another thing we noticed was that the table seating was very well done. We had a smaller wedding (~125 guests) yet the seating arrangement was such that the room felt full. The appetizers, salad and main course were delicious as well and the bartenders were quick to serve our guests. At the end of the reception, all of our gifts, flowers and other items were brought upstairs to our hotel room. Our cake cutting utensils and champagne flutes were cleaned and repackaged in their boxes. When we departed the Inn in the morning, the gentleman at the front desk helped us load the car with our belongings. Overall, we had a great experience and we would strongly recommend this venue to future brides and grooms. more

I can not begging to say what an amazing job The Inn at Longshore did with my wedding. The food is beyond outstanding and they could not have done more to make sure everything went just as planned. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a wedding that out shines all. more

We recently attended a wedding and stayed at the INN as guests. Our experience was outstanding! The cocktail hour was elegant and exquisite. There was plenty of room to mingle with guests and enjoy the jazz trio. Tables were placed throughout the area for those who found it more comfortable to sit and relax. Service, food and drinks were plentiful and presented wtih class. The reception in the main ballroom was just as nice. The next day people were still raving about the Prime Rib and ambiance at the INN. The Inn is truly a beautiful setting and I highly recommend it to perspective brides and grooms. more

To all those seeking a top notch establishment please do not pay attention to the review listed on The Inn at Longshore. Longshore has had a long standing history in the community and has offered to many, outstanding service and top notch events. Although this particular review mentions the Wedding Coordinator as being rude, they should not have commented on one experience. I truely find it hard to believe that any one initial meeting can determine a persons ability or demeanor. The Inn at Longshore has been around and served the community for over 20 years and employs only top notch people. I have had serveral oppotunities to attend events at The Inn and have also been involved with the planning of serveral of my friends events and have found the staff, including the person who was mentioned in the previous review, to be of HIGH QUALITY and always seek to please the client. That is my take on the facility and if I were to be in a position of planning a wedding, The Inn at Longshore would be my FIRST CHOICE, it's an all around Classic as well Classy location and any one is fortunate to have their event there.
