A couple of my friends and I went out to try something new and decided on LLs. We, almost immedietly, were very disappointed. I found the service to be rude. I was confused on why we had salsa on our table with no chips. Being familiar with Mexican restaurants and what a night out in these atmospheres usually consists of, I thought maybe they had forgotten the chips. When I asked the server about it he said it is a sales incentive. ""We give you the salsa as an incentive to buy the chips."" Ridiculous. I have been to restaurants all over the country and none of them have done something like that. We told the waiter we have never been here before and asked what appetizer he recommends. He said he didnt know. What?? We decided on the shrimp and instead of taking our order and just letting us know about how long it would be, he discouraged us from ordering. ""That takes 20 minutes; are you sure you want to wait that long?"" That was the most expensive appetizer they had and last time I checked, he should be trying to make the most money since tips are determined by a percentage of the total bill. His additude was obvious, but something that is hard to describe in words. Service can make or break a place, regardless of the quality of the food. He broke it. There were also several things that are not typical in Mexican restaurants. For example, the menu included things typical in American restaurants, that should not be in Mexican food; french fries and burgers, the kids menu did not include any Mexican food. They had misprints in the menu that would be typical in someone that is not familiar with real Mexican food. We had already been disappointed up to this point so we left the money for what the bill would be on the table and left. There was no point in being disappoined for the rest of the bill.
Pros: No bad traffic getting there
Cons: Not real Mexican food.
