The best dental office ever... 5/16/2011

My son loves going to see Dr Trout and her staff. They are really a amazing office. They make us feel very comfortable, and the office is beautiful. My sons favorite is the gaming systems they have, and the T.V on the ceiling. I love that the staff is very knowledgable. We have never had a bad experience with Little Fish Dental. Dr Trout is very kind and gentle and really works with the kids to have the best experience. We will always referr to Little Fish Dental. more

fabulous experience 5/16/2011

My child is very challenging and I really appreciate the gentle approach that Dr Trout and staff have with her. They are very supportive and desire for her to have the best experience possible. Even though she is a tough patient they are kind, compassionate and sensitive to both of our needs. I appreciate so much al that they do to ensure that she loves to come to the dentist. I really recommend this office to anyone who cares about how their child perceives the dentist. more

What a great experience 5/16/2011

This is such a great place for children to get their dental work done and the staff is amazing. I feel like Dr. Trout is wonderful at what she does. Not only does she do great dental work but she really stays up on current trends in dentistry. I recommend this office to anyone who has children. more

BEST kids dentist around!! 3/29/2011

Really, I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. The staff is uber friendly and helpful, Dr. Trout is great with my kids and takes the time to make sure that the kids are comfortable with the equipment and what they will be doing. Kids movies even play in the 'ceiling' and the ocean art on the wall is so fun! I have never had the experience of other reviewers saying it was all about the buck. They give me options and recommendations but its always up to my husband and I. I cannot recommend Dr. Trout and Little Fish Dental enough!! more

Lacks warmth! 12/9/2010

Wow, what a disappointment! Office lacks warmth and was not the cleanest. Dirty carpet makes me wonder how clean everything else is! Office staff was ok but I have been in friendlier offices. My kids didn't like the doctor. She was cold and didn't have the kid warmth I would have expected from a kids dentist. We also had to wait a while so that didn't make a good first impression. I took my kids to Smile Island and we love it! Great office and turns out my kids didn't need as much work as little fish said they did. I felt it was all about the buck at that office. more

My daughter and I really enjoyed the entire experience. The office is very beautiful and the staff is so professional and very nice. Dr Trout was very efficient in her exam and my child liked her a lot. The office is exactly what my child needed and I would recommend you call to schedule an appt. more

wonderful- highly recommended 11/8/2010

i have to point a few things out about the last review- first i'd like to say that the Dr. IS very busy because she is so good at what she does.. unless your daughter had some unusual problem, the doctor is just going to check up and make sure everything is ok with her teeth. what do you think the d.h.'s are there for? second i'd like to ask when the last time ANYONE flossed and it felt good was. of course your little princess complained- she knew mommy wouldn't let that mean ol' dentist do her job right. Finally, what do you expect of a pediatric dentist office? EVERY parent wants to schedule right after school. I expected some difficulty with the appt. and accepted that it would be a little inconvenient. Kids make life that way. My 5-year-old HATES all things medical, but didn't want to leave. He has asked several times when he can go to the dentist again. I was floored. I wish this concept was around when i was a kid. more

Not worth another visit! 10/28/2010

Not a great experience. Front pushy and hard to schedule after school appt. Dr. was in a hurry and really didn't answer all my questions. My daughter didn't like the assistant that gave her the cleaning. She complained that she hurt her gums with the floss. I won't take my kids back. Everyone was running around in a big rush! Very uncomfortable. more

GREAT dental office for kids 7/23/2007

Little Fish Dental in Rocklin is a terrific place to take kids for their dental needs. Dr. Trout and her wonderful staff really make the kids feel welcome. Even the little ones' first visit is a pleasant experience. The office is so kid friendly that the kids often have to be coaxed out of the office to leave - that is a first for a dentist's office. I highly recommend Little Fish Dental if you are looking for a GREAT dentist for your kids. Pros: kid friendly, beautiful office, convenient location, pleasant staff, Dr. Trout Cons: in such demand you have to book a head for an appointment more
