Great Staff/Service Dept 2/12/2011

I had taken my 2001 VW Beetle in a few times for minor work. They always did a great job. To agree with another reviewer, their waiting room was excellent and extremely comfortable. Please, whatever you do, TAKE YOUR VW HERE. I tried to save some money and took my Beetle to another local VW mechanic. The car caught fire while in their possession and was totaled. He gave me the finger and refused to take any responsibility. I firmly believe I would still be driving my precious vehicle had I just taken it to Lithia as I had done in the past. more

The waiting room is very nice 11/10/2010

This review is for the service dept. only. I brought my VW here to get some warrenty work done and I had to wait while they looked at it. The waiting room is very nice with coffee and free wifi. The connection was good so I was able to pass the next 2 hrs. easy. I was even able to connect to Netflix and watch a movie with no break ups. Then they call me and let me know the part they need will have to be ordered so my car will not be fixed that day. It was nice, they offered me a rental free, so I could get home and come back the next day. The rental place is right next door in a strp mall. The next day all was fixed and my car even got a free wash. more

The only place in reno i will take my trucks.: The service department is the very best in town. i have been going here for 8 years to have my oil change'd on all 3 of my ford trucks. its nice when they know you and your name. ask for Jay he will treat you like a friend more
