I will leave my review later. Simple and quick, Lighthouse is out to sell you a pool, nothing more. Look at the picture I have uploaded, what do you see ? a green pool, algae filled to the brim. They sold me a 24 foot pool with a pump that could only keep a 15 foot pool clean, not the size of the one I bought. The pool stays green, the pump cannot clean the pool or even come close to keeping it clean. YOU ARE FOREWARNED, do not do business with this company, you will be sorry and will regret it to the very end. Don't end up like me or us on here with these 1 star reviews. Take heed to our warning. Trust me !!! Lighthouse pools is garbage. Ron at lighthouse pools and spas in Bainbridge is a sorry excuse of a manager !! He will rob you for any money he can get from you !!!!!!!!!!! PS. you are forewarned. If you do business with this company and it doesn't turn out right, remember that we tried to tell you !!!!!!!!! more

I purchased a pool from them 4 years ago. It was promised to be installed the first week of June...they finally installed it right before 4th of July. When the city came to inspect, they had to tear it down and move it because it was too close to the power lines....NOW 4 years later, after winterizing and closing I noticed that the water level had dropped 2 feet. I opened the pool this week (it's NOVEMBER) got in and found that when they installed it, they failed to cover the screw heads and now the pool liner is trashed...I called this morning and they are telling me it's out of warranty...SO I have to keep the water level up throughout the winter and replace the liner which should last for 15-20 years in the spring...screwed again and again by this company!!! more

We purchased a pool and did a self-install, pool was leveled with a laser level and a sand cove was installed before liner. It was 65 the day we installed the pool but the next day when we put liner in it was 50 degrees at the most......Once the water was put in the walls were buckled...so we stopped and called Lighthouse (CALL US We will help with ANY questions...) He said go ahead and fill it should be OK....well the pool is collasped over a week now and still no answers from the company!!! Pros: ready to sell you a pool Cons: customer service is VERY poor more
