I purchased a pool from them 4 years ago. It was promised to be installed the first week of June...they finally installed it right before 4th of July. When the city came to inspect, they had to tear it down and move it because it was too close to the power lines....NOW 4 years later, after winterizing and closing I noticed that the water level had dropped 2 feet. I opened the pool this week (it's NOVEMBER) got in and found that when they installed it, they failed to cover the screw heads and now the pool liner is trashed...I called this morning and they are telling me it's out of warranty...SO I have to keep the water level up throughout the winter and replace the liner which should last for 15-20 years in the spring...screwed again and again by this company!!!
