Lighthouse Property Management is a professional company. They keep up with the association accounts before they go to the lawyer and give a board of directors report every month. They have managed the association accounts for the past four years, and I have been very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them. more

We have received excellent service from Lighthouse Management, LTD. There professional and efficient management has taken a weight off of our shoulders. The management takes great care of our property and ensure that the tenants are held accountable and responded to in a timely and supportive manner. While living abroad it has been difficult to find quality propety management. since we have been with Lighthouse our minds are at ease. more

Always professional 12/12/2014

Lighthouse Property Management Ltd has not showed me anything other than perfection. They are always on time, and the workers have a genuine concern about their customers. The owner is true to his word. He always makes sure everything is working and in order in my home. He is always polite, and the prices are reasonable and adjustable. I have no complaints what so ever. more

Lighthouse Property Management responds to you quickly and manage one of my properties. They collect the rent checks and take care of any problems with the home like situations with the tenant not paying. They take care of it and there's always a very quick turnaround in putting the paperwork in to get people into court.
