This is our 4th Santa Fe. We love the vehicle and we have only gone to Lia Hyundai of Albany, except when going across country, in which case we went to other Hyundai dealerships.

Terrence Baxton was extremely patient and helpful as I worked with him to purchase my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. He was very straight forward in answering all of the questions that I had, and if he did not have an answer he worked to find it out for me. Terrence went the extra mile in finding me the best deal, even managing to find me some floor mats the day I picked it up when I mentioned that the car was missing them. Rather than forgetting about me once I signed the contract, he helped me out as much as he could up until i drove off the lot. Overall, Terrence proved to be very professional and provided great customer service. more

Best service department 12/5/2015

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Lia Hyundai over the years. While a sale is a one time event, the service department is the meat and potatoes of the company. Don McLennan is always cheerful and informative. His demeanor makes the trip to have one's vehicle serviced feel welcomed and at ease. Thanks, Don. more

People good- timelines of service, not so much 12/1/2015

Sales people great- service dept- not so much. One has to wait too long to even get connected to appropriate dept. service people are nice/ but seem to offer more than be delivered. Since this is a good bulk of your income/ GIVE THEM MORE RESOURCES! more

Staff was friendly; informed helpful. But did'nt check the services requested and I had to come back the following day to a NYS inspection,which was the primary reason I'd made the appt to come in! more

First Time Service 10/30/2015

This is the 1st time I took my Sonata to Lia Hyundia, very professional from when Eddie greeted me until I got my car backed after they washed it. Will recommend Lia to all of my friends. more

The work appears to be fine, the intital greeting is fair, the wasted time with the paperwork shuffle is bad. 10/23/2015

The appointment late, the paperwork shuffle game is a real waste of time. It took 2 1/2 hours to rotate tires, LOF, seatbelt recall and a computer recall. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired, little to no reading material, not even the local paper. more
